Duties/Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist with and learn required electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial and industrial settings

Assist Electrician with installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage, electrical power transmission, generators, lighting, communication, signal, apparatus and equipment up to and including 480VAC

Troubleshoot circuit and control problems under Electrician’s supervision

Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders

Install new wiring for building or equipment following sketches, blueprints, instructions or layout, including motors and motor starting switches and checks and adjusts new equipment for proper operating characteristics under the direction of the Electrician

Perform and record required preventive maintenance procedures on facility equipment

Maintain clean/orderly work area; complete tasks in a safe manner in accordance with established procedures
Qualifications:

Experience preferred

Valid driver’s license will be required
