Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for all business office tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to AP, AR, and Payroll.

Serves as receptionist for the general office

Answers phone calls and emails
-
File organization and maintenance as needed
-
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-
QuickBooks experience a plus but will train
-
Accounting proficiency
-
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
-
Ability to work independently and manage own time

Ability to maintain regular attendance

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
Experience:
-
Associate degree or 2 years of experience in the performance of administrative and office support functions preferred.

Past experiences related to the construction and trade industry. Familiarity with procedures pertaining to job coordination and scheduling.
