Office Administrator

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for all business office tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to AP, AR, and Payroll.

  • Serves as receptionist for the general office

  • Answers phone calls and emails

  • File organization and maintenance as needed

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • QuickBooks experience a plus but will train

  • Accounting proficiency

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work independently and manage own time

  • Ability to maintain regular attendance

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information

Experience:

  • Associate degree or 2 years of experience in the performance of administrative and office support functions preferred.

  • Past experiences related to the construction and trade industry.  Familiarity with procedures pertaining to job coordination and scheduling.
